Backend files are ready. Configure DB, run installer, then cPanel cron at 9:00 AM daily.

Compare posting time by WhatsApp groups and social media channels. Social media stays empty until an approved source is connected.

Production backend should store every 9:00 AM report, sales snapshot and media reference permanently.

report_runs

Stores the 9:00 AM run date, report window, run status and total captured posts.

admin_posts

Stores deduplicated WhatsApp admin content, media path, category, links and sender.

post_group_metrics

Stores RBS, Pengajian Agama and LCA delivery status, reactions, replies and views/read if exposed.

sales_snapshots

Stores Physical, Digital and Class report totals every live refresh from the docs endpoint.

API direction: GET /api/reports?date=YYYY-MM-DD, POST /api/whatsapp/daily-run, GET /api/sales/live, POST /api/sales/snapshot.

Live update is designed to pull from REPORT PHYSICAL, REPORT DIGITAL and REPORT KELAS through an approved docs endpoint.
